Patient Information

This patient presented with a previously unsuccessful right total ear reconstruction . The cartilage framework had been made too large originally for the skin pocket so the added skin tension caused cartilage resorbtion. The patient still preferred to use her own tissues and so a complete revision ear reconstruction was undertaken with the Nagata method.
