Patient Information

This 11 year patient presented with conchal microtia and underwent reconstruction with autogenous rib graft using the Nagata method. As a result of using the method developed by Mr Greensmith to pre-expand the envelope a one stage total ear reconstruction was possible without the need for a further elevation procedure with skin grafts or flaps.
